Mazoneat Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mazoneat! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and
use of the Mazoneat mobile application and related services. By downloading, registering, or using
our app, you agree to follow these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use this app.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any
unauthorized access.
2. Placing Orders
- Orders placed through Mazoneat are sent directly to partner restaurants.
- Once an order is accepted, it cannot always be cancelled.
- You agree to provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
- Prices and availability of menu items are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payments
- Payments can be made via debit/credit cards, UPI, digital wallets, or other supported methods.
- All transactions are securely handled by trusted third-party payment gateways.
- In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is handled by our team or third-party partners.
- Delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- It is your responsibility to be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, no refund will be issued.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
a. Customer Cancellations:
- Allowed only before the restaurant accepts the order.
- Once accepted, cancellations depend on the restaurant’s policy.
b. Restaurant Cancellations:
- Restaurants may cancel orders due to stock or operational issues. Full refunds will be issued in
such cases.
c. Refunds:
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Mazoneat reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on order history and issue
nature.
6. Use of the App
- You agree not to use the app for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- No creation of multiple fake accounts.
- Do not harass or abuse restaurant staff, delivery partners, or customer support.
- No disrupting the app’s functionality through technical attacks or unauthorized access.
Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
7. Restaurant & Delivery Partner Responsibility
Mazoneat is a platform that connects customers with restaurants and delivery personnel.
We do not own or control any restaurant listed in the app.
The quality, hygiene, and accuracy of food items are the responsibility of the respective
restaurants.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, designs, images, and text, are owned by Mazoneat or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce any part of the app for commercial purposes without written
consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Mazoneat is not liable for delays in delivery, incorrect orders, or food quality issues.
- Mazoneat is not responsible for technical glitches or app downtime.
- Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you for a disputed order.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, you’ll be notified via the app or email.
Continued use of Mazoneat after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Mazoneat if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the app or services
- There is suspicious or harmful activity from your account
